To Our Valued Patients,

Effective January 1, 2024, the providers of All Care Medical will no longer be affiliated with the Steward Health Care Network.
As always, and after January 1, 2024, our patients may choose any hospital or health care facility that they desire for their followup care, including but not limited to Holy Family Hospital or any other Steward affiliated specialist.
There is no need to change your primary care physician from All Care Medical as we will still be providing full, comprehensive primary care to our patients.
