Azar A. Korbey, MD
Dr. Korbey was born and raised in Methuen, MA. He attended St. Monica’s grammar school, Central Catholic High School, Georgetown University and then Georgetown University Medical School. Dr. Korbey received a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 1975 and then a Master’s degree in Biology from Georgetown University in 1976 and received his MD from Georgetown in 1980. He then completed a three year residency in Family Practice at St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center in Dayton, OH and returned home in 1983 to begin his practice.
In addition to medicine, Dr. Korbey has a varied background in music, having played keyboard professionally throughout his life and he has a significant background in computer programming. He continues to serve on the advisory board of several major medical technology companies and owns a medical software company that provides web site design and patient communication software to the medical profession and other businesses. He did the first successful electronic prescription in the country as a consultant for Allscripts Corporation in 1997.
Dr. Korbey and his wife Marian, who is a registered nurse, have been happily married for over 40 years. They have a daughter, Samantha, who is a professional opera singer having sung all over the world, and also currently studying to become a Nurse Practitioner. Their son John is a psychologist and computer gaming specialist, currently working for Twitch TV, a division of Amazon.
Samantha Korbey, DNP, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC
Samantha Korbey was born and raised in Salem, NH. She received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Boston College and a master’s degree in behavioral neuroscience from the University of Connecticut before later receiving her MSN and DNP from Yale University School of Nursing. She is board certified in Family Practice from the American Nurse Credentialing Center and a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
In addition to being a full-time primary care provider, Samantha is a member of the FNP faculty in the MSN program at the Yale University School of Nursing where she enjoys working with future generations of nurse practitioners.
Sam is fluent in Italian and formerly worked as a professional opera singer around the US and Italy. Making a career change, she moved back to the States to pursue advanced practice nursing where she found her passion for LGBTQIA+ healthcare, and particularly in creating safe, welcoming, and affirming healthcare spaces for this community.
William B. Feldmann, MD
William B. Feldmann, MD, specializes in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. He attended Cornell University and the State University of New York in Brooklyn. He completed his residency at the University of Texas – Houston Medical School and stayed on an extra year as Chief Resident in Pediatrics. He still enjoys teaching and often has medical students and nurse practitioner students in the office.
While in Texas, Dr. Feldmann met his wife Theresa and they have three children. He is known for his sense of humor, odd ties and love of baseball.
Theresa Feldmann, MD
Dr. Feldmann specializes in both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. She was born and raised in Michigan but spent time in both Florida and Texas as a child. She started college at the University of Michigan – Flint in 1984 and then transferred to the University of Houston – Downtown in order to be closer to family.
She graduated from the University of Houston Downtown with a Bachelor of General Studies in 1988 and the University of Texas Medical School Houston (now called McGovern Medical School) in 1993. She completed her residency at the University of Texas – Houston/McGovern Medical School for Internal Medicine and Pediatrics in 1997 where she met her husband, William. Together, they moved to New Hampshire in 1997
Today, Dr. Theresa Feldmann is happily married to Dr. William Feldmann and has three children. She enjoys gardening, knitting, reading, animals, and kids – not necessarily in that order.
